This policy explains what information this website collects and how it's used. The site is run by Anna ("we").
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and keep them no longer than needed for that purpose.
- Research assistant: questions you type are sent to Google's Gemini service to generate an answer. Don't include names, contact details or other personal information. We don't store your questions in a database.
- Calculators and worksheets run in your browser. What you enter isn't sent to us.
- Trucking company lookup: searches are sent to our server to fetch public FMCSA data. We cache company records to keep the site fast, but we don't record who searched.
Information collected automatically
Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the jsDelivr content network, which receive your IP address when they serve those files.
Cookies and advertising
This site may show ads served by Google, including through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the site is used. They set cookies that record pages visited and time on site in aggregate.
We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records how you interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, to create heatmaps and session replays; it masks text you type into forms. Both services use cookies. Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To ask about information you sent us through the contact form, or to have it deleted, use the contact form.
